SATURDAY Ongoing at Kingfisher Spa
8:30 – 9:30 a.m.Hatha Yoga – This is a graceful series of stretches and postures that is both invigorating and calming. Modified for varying levels of ability.
9:45 – 10:45 a.m.Good Morning Yoga – As above, on Tuesday
3:45 – 4:45 p.m. Gentle Yoga -Perfect if you’re just exploring yoga – a slow and gentle approach.
5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Restorative Yoga – This relaxing practice uses a variety of props to support you in resting deeply. You’ll leave class feeling calm and refreshed.
